Cupids FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before visiting Cupids — entry, club rules, facilities, payments and what to expect.

What is the minimum age to attend?

21 with valid photo ID.

Drugs

The club has a zero tolerance policy towards illegal substances or drugs of any type. If you are suspected of consuming or possessing illegal drugs, you will be asked to leave the club premises immediately and the relevant authorities may be informed. Failing to comply will result in a lifetime ban.

Mobile phones or cameras

Phones and cameras are not permitted in the club and must be kept in your locker.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Please do not bring your own alcohol or drinks of any kind, as they will not be allowed inside.

No means no

At Cupids, no means no. Anyone breaking this rule will be barred.

Do I need ID?

Yes, everyone must be 21+ and provide valid photo ID.

Intoxicated

For your safety and the safety of all guests and staff, if you appear to be intoxicated you may be refused entry to the club. If you appear intoxicated while inside the club, you may be asked to leave immediately. No abusive language or disrespect towards staff or guests will be tolerated. The club also has a zero tolerance policy towards illegal substances or drugs of any type.

Our tab system

We operate a tab system and all items purchased are paid for on departure. This system is based on trust. If you abuse this trust and fail to pay your bill, the police may be informed and you will be banned.

Are new guests expected to join in straight away?

Absolutely not. Please take your time and enjoy your night.

Parking?

There is plenty of parking available in the street outside.

Is sex guaranteed?

Absolutely not. The club is not a “free for all.” Play only happens after consent has been clearly given verbally by everyone involved. Do not assume somebody’s body language means consent. You can do as little or as much as you want. Many people attend for social reasons and may not play at all, so you will not stand out. Spend time talking respectfully to others and if you are unsure about anything, simply ask a member of staff.

Do I need to book?

If there is an advertised event on the main website, then yes. You can book by contacting the club or through the events page on FabSwingers. For single men, joining the guest list still does not guarantee entry, especially if arriving late. The club manages the ratio of men to women and you may need to wait until space becomes available.
